The city is dealing with meetings and reviews that are complicated and required lots of time to understand and manage. Citizen engagement is even harder and it is worth putting a lot of effort into the simple and concise reporting of what is being voted on, worked on, proposed, reviewed, approved, etc… by the city. It should be very easy for a citizen to see what staff is actively working on. What the city council is reviewing or approving. Meeting agendas and notes should be easily accessible and summarized. The effort to do these things is complicated and time-consuming but there is a huge benefit if people can and are staying involved in the process.

I would love to create an easier way for citizens to attend town meetings, a way they can actively participate through the Internet and other social platforms to create a larger consensus and social engagement.
